Doula, Yoga and Birth to Balance Pricing
Doula Services Pricing
Respira’s Birth Doula Services cost $1,800. Payment plans in four installments of $450 are available. Laura will be a covered provider with Mass Health starting August 2026.
Fees include all of the following services:
3 prenatal visits, a minimum of two in your home and one at home or virtual
Up to 4 weekly, half hour long video visits from 38 weeks until birth.
Birth support throughout labor and delivery.
3 postpartum visits (one in person, one virtual and one choice)
Laura’s Doula services always integrate movement and mindfulness for pregnancy, connection (with a birth partner) and birth.

Pricing Policy for All Classes
In the spirit of yoga and inclusivity, classes are on a sliding scale. After you sign up on our “Class Sign Up Form,” Laura will send payment information in her email reply.
Yoga Classes
$10-$20 per class
Four Week Yoga Series
$40- $80
Birth to Balance Series
Four Weeks, 1.5 Hours Per Class
Birther & Birth Partner (Price for Two):
Sliding Scale $160-$240
Single Birther
$80-$120
Preregistration for sessions is required.
