Doula Services Pricing
Respira’s Birth Doula Services cost $2,000. Payment plans in four installments are available. Laura is in the process of signing up as a covered provider with Mass Health.
Fees include all of the following services:
3 prenatal visits, a minimum of two in your home and one at home or virtual
Up to 4 weekly, half hour long video visits from 38 weeks until birth.
Birth support throughout labor and delivery.
3 postpartum visits (one in person, one virtual and one choice) Laura’s Doula visits integrate movement and mindfulness for pregnancy, connection (with a birth partner) and birth.

Yoga and Birth to Balance Pricing
Yoga Classes: In the spirit of yoga and inclusivity, classes are taught on a sliding scale. 1 hour class- $10-$20 per person
Birth to Balance Classes: Sessions of Four Weeks, 1.5 hour classes.
Sliding Scale Four Week Session :
Birther and Birth Partner (Price for Two):
$120-$200
Single Birther: $80-$120
Preregistration for sessions is required. Please contact Respira to sign up for our September-October 2026 session.
Note: Birth to Balance is designed for birthers and a birth partner. For single pregnant folks, invite a friend to join you or come on your own and Laura will support you in the partner work! Friends of single birthers attend Birth to Balance for free.
